It's almost the end of August, meaning my summer weddings are coming to a close. Of course, for Houstonians, it doesn't mean the end of the summer heat! What a great summer it has been :) Every now and then I stop and take a moment to think about how lucky I am that I get to do what I love for a living! I meet the greatest people, truly. I'm talking really great, genuine people who take a chance on me and trust me to photograph one of the most important day of their lives. Kim and Francis are already married. I photographed their wedding back in April. But before I show you their wedding, I have to show you their adorable engagement session! I still remember shooting this session in downtown like it was yesterday! I was there to have fun, they were there to have fun, it was perfect! In addition to my busy wedding schedule this summer, I've had Madeline's 1st birthday party to plan, and the Bridal Extravaganza show that was a little over a week ago! Thanks to everyone that took the time to stop by my booth and chat with me. I know the show is huge and a little overwhelming for some, so to take the time to stop by really means alot! Last week was another busy one. In fact, the rest of my year is going to be packed with sooo many cool events! But I have no complaints. One thing I love about what I do is hanging out with my clients. Seriously! If we hit it off during a consultation, more than likely, our personalities have clicked and every time we get together for a shoot or even just a meeting, we have so much fun! Doesn't matter if it's an engagement session, a bridal session, boudoir or the wedding. At the end I always wish it didn't have to end. Here are a few more sneak peeks of some fun times I got to capture recently.
Last week, I had an engagement session in Galveston. I took it as an opportunity to bring my baby girl to the beach for her first time. Madeline is a water baby and she was definitely meant to be born smack dab in the middle of summer. She loves taking a bath, she loves swimming in the pool, and I've discovered that she LOVES the beach. The waves make her giggle and she constantly tries to crawl towards the ocean. Here she is enjoying her first beach visit.

I have three Daughters 26 @ NMU,13, &10, they too are beautiful & I took so many pictures but I wish I had met you when they were little, I would love to see them small again ^_^ LoL...
